Rules for using Nomado Puzzles.
These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the Nomado Puzzles mobile app and related services. By downloading, accessing, or playing Nomado Puzzles, you agree to these terms.
1. The service
Nomado Puzzles provides daily and session-based travel-themed puzzle games, including modes such as Three Clues, City Blitz, City Anagrams, and 2 Truths 1 Lie. Features may change over time.
2. Accounts and guest play
You may use the app as a guest or sign in with a Nomado account through Google or Apple. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for activity that occurs under your account.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the app, interfere with other users, attempt unauthorized access, reverse engineer the service except where permitted by law, use bots or automation to manipulate gameplay, or upload unlawful or harmful content.
4. Social and ecosystem features
When signed in, certain gameplay events may generate social activity visible to followers inside NomadoAI. Cross-app links may open NomadoAI or other Nomado apps. Your use of those services is also subject to their own terms and policies.
5. Intellectual property
Nomado Puzzles, its branding, game content, designs, and software are owned by Core Trail Labs and/or its licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app for personal, non-commercial entertainment.
6. Disclaimers
The app is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free gameplay, or specific outcomes. Game content is for entertainment and general travel-themed challenge, not professional advice.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Core Trail Labs and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the app.
8. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms, create risk for other users, or if required for legal or security reasons.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms of Use at any time. Updated terms take effect when posted at this URL. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
