This Privacy Policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and what choices you have when you use the Nomado Puzzles mobile app, related websites, and connected Nomado services. Nomado Puzzles is part of the Nomado ecosystem operated by Core Trail Labs.
1. Who we are
Nomado Puzzles is a mobile game app published under the Nomado brand. Account, authentication, and certain backend services are provided through Nomado’s shared platform at api.nomadoai.com.
2. Information we collect
Depending on how you use the app, we may collect: • Account details such as name, email address, user ID, and profile information when you sign in with Google or Apple or create a Nomado account. • Gameplay data such as scores, streaks, daily results, game mode, locale, and timestamps. • Social activity metadata when you are signed in and complete eligible games, which may be shared with followers inside NomadoAI according to your activity and their notification settings. • Device and app data such as platform, app version, language, and diagnostic events needed to keep the service working. • Analytics and attribution data such as Firebase Analytics events, campaign/source parameters from deeplinks, and basic usage metrics. • Local app data stored on your device, including guest progress, settings, and queued events waiting to sync.

We use information to: • Operate the games and sync your progress across sessions. • Authenticate you and maintain your account. • Send optional social activity notifications to NomadoAI users who follow you, when applicable. • Measure performance, fix bugs, and improve gameplay. • Understand campaign attribution when you arrive from NomadoAI or other Nomado apps. • Respond to support requests and enforce our terms.
4. Legal bases and consent
Where required by law, we process data based on contract performance, legitimate interests in operating and improving the service, and your consent for optional features such as sign-in or notifications.
5. Sharing and third parties
We do not sell your personal data. We may share data with: • Service providers that help us run the app, including Firebase/Google Analytics, Google Sign-In, Apple Sign-In, cloud hosting, and notification infrastructure. • Other Nomado apps in the ecosystem when you use cross-app features, such as opening NomadoAI from Puzzles or receiving puzzle activity inside NomadoAI. • Authorities when required by law or to protect users and the service. Third-party providers process data under their own policies in addition to ours.
6. Guest use, retention, and deletion
You may play as a guest without creating an account. Guest data is stored locally on your device. If you sign in later, eligible local progress may be associated with your account. You can delete local app data from the in-app account settings. To request deletion of account-linked backend data, contact us at info@nomadoai.com.
7. Children
Nomado Puzzles is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal data, contact us and we will take appropriate steps.
